Seguro que s\u00ed, pero debes saber que hay mucha desinformaci\u00f3n y confusi\u00f3n por parte de medios especializados y empresas del sector cosm\u00e9tico alrededor de esta expresi\u00f3n. En \u00faltimas semanas, el cruelty free, ha generado una ingente cantidad de titulares poniendo el debate encima de la mesa.<\/h5>\n\n<p>\u00a0El \u201cCruelty Free\u201d es un movimiento cuya finalidad es <strong>eliminar los test en animales<\/strong> encaminados a garantizar la seguridad de los cosm\u00e9ticos. Como alternativa, se adoptan m\u00e9todos v\u00e1lidos, que no requieren el uso de animales.<\/p>\n\n<p>El t\u00e9rmino est\u00e1 en boca de todos, debido a la decisi\u00f3n reciente de las autoridades chinas de poner fin a las pruebas obligatorias en animales con algunos tipos de cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n\n<p>En <strong>Europa<\/strong>, sin embargo, est\u00e1 prohibido testar los cosm\u00e9ticos en animales desde 2013. As\u00ed, no se puede vender ning\u00fan producto testado despu\u00e9s de esta fecha, ni aunque se haya testado para venderlo en China.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bajo esta premisa, ning\u00fan producto terminado, introducido en el mercado europeo despu\u00e9s de 2004 ha sido testado en animales, ni sus ingredientes desde 2013, lleven el logo o no.<\/p>\n\n<p>Muchas empresas europeas, utilizan el logo \u201cCruelty Free\u201d en el packaging de sus productos para indicar que no est\u00e1n testados en animales. Esto es tan solo una maniobra de marketing que m\u00e1s que ayudar al consumidor final, lo confunde, porque hace pensar que los productos que no lleven este logo \u201cCruelty Free\u201d si testan sus productos en animales. Adem\u00e1s, desde 2009 no est\u00e1 permitido hacer publicidad sobre la ausencia de test en animales en cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dice la normativa europea, que ninguna empresa puede vender productos cosm\u00e9ticos en Europa si han sido testados en animales. Esto aplicar\u00eda a todos los productos, lleven el logo en el packaging o no. Es decir, tanto los productos que llevan el logo \u201cCruelty free\u201d como los que no lo llevan, no han sido testados en animales.<\/p>\n\n<p>En el <strong>Cap\u00edtulo V, art\u00edculo 18 del <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/LexUriServ\/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2009:342:0059:0209:es:PDF\">Reglamento cosm\u00e9tico 1223\/2009 <\/a><\/strong>se especifica claramente que no est\u00e1 permitido testar en animales ni el producto cosm\u00e9tico, ni prototipos, ni los ingredientes que los componen. Adem\u00e1s, la persona responsable de introducir el producto en el mercado, debe justificar que el producto no est\u00e1 testado en animales en el Informe T\u00e9cnico del producto.<\/p>\n\n<p>Actualmente, debido a las redes sociales y la prensa por un mal an\u00e1lisis de esta informaci\u00f3n, hay muchas dudas y desconfianza sobre el \u201cCruelty Free. Como consecuencia, el consumidor final sigue sin tener claro qu\u00e9 productos est\u00e1n libres de crueldad animal, pero debemos tener la certeza de que todo producto cosm\u00e9tico que compramos en Europa, es \u201cCruelty Free\u201d.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfHas o\u00eddo hablar del Cruelty Free?
