{"id":28226,"date":"2021-11-08T09:35:30","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T09:35:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cosmewax.camsec.es\/?p=28226"},"modified":"2021-11-18T12:02:34","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T12:02:34","slug":"los-alergenos-en-el-punto-de-mira-de-la-comision-europea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cosmewax.camsec.es\/es?p=28226","title":{"rendered":"LOS AL\u00c9RGENOS EN EL PUNTO DE MIRA DE LA COMISI\u00d3N EUROPEA."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La Comisi\u00f3n Europea est\u00e1n analizando el etiquetado adicional de al\u00e9rgenos de fragancias en productos cosm\u00e9ticos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 26 y 27 de junio de 2012, el <strong>Comit\u00e9 Cient\u00edfico de Seguridad del Consumidor <\/strong>(SCCS) public\u00f3 un dictamen sobre al\u00e9rgenos de fragancias en productos cosm\u00e9ticos SCCS 1459 11.<br>En \u00e9l, el SCCS declar\u00f3 que los consumidores deben ser informados sobre los ingredientes de fragancias adicionales en los productos cosm\u00e9ticos, adem\u00e1s de los 26 que ya est\u00e1n sujetos a etiquetado individual.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dada la dificultad de etiquetar esta cantidad de ingredientes en una etiqueta, la Comisi\u00f3n ha estado trabajando y consultando para determinar c\u00f3mo podr\u00eda implementarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las propuestas publicadas en diciembre de 2020 son variopintas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Que la UE no tome ninguna al respecto<\/strong>: Si se tomara esta decisi\u00f3n , hay que tener en cuenta que un tratamiento m\u00e9dico inexacto debido a la falta de informaci\u00f3n sobre al\u00e9rgenos adicionales podr\u00eda aumentar el n\u00famero de consumidores con reacciones al\u00e9rgicas recurrentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Modificar el etiquetado en el envase el n\u00ba de alergenos<\/strong>: con esta medida , un mayor n\u00famero de ingredientes en el envase puede contribuir a un diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e1s preciso, informaci\u00f3n sobre tratamientos adecuados para el cuidado de la piel. La legibilidad de las etiquetas puede verse comprometida debido a limitaciones en el tama\u00f1o del empaquetado. Puede implantarse de dos formas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A. Indicando los 87 al\u00e9rgenos, con el consiguiente problema de espacio de etiquetado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B. Indicando los 26 actuales y los 62 nuevos en una etiqueta electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Posibilidad de hacer el etiquetado electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>: El etiquetado digital de un mayor n\u00famero de ingredientes puede contribuir a un diagn\u00f3stico m\u00e1s preciso e informaci\u00f3n sobre los tratamientos adecuados para el cuidado de la piel.
