Este ingrediente se restringi\u00f3 en la enmienda 49 de IFRA y su uso se limit\u00f3 al 0,1 % en la mayor\u00eda de las categor\u00edas. Principales preocupaciones del uso de M-N-MA:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">M-N-MA es fotot\u00f3xico y existe un riesgo potencial para la salud humana por su uso en productos de protecci\u00f3n solar y productos comercializados para la exposici\u00f3n a la luz ultravioleta natural o artificial. Esto tambi\u00e9n se aplica a otros productos cosm\u00e9ticos donde la concentraci\u00f3n es:<\/span><\/span><ul><li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">Productos sin aclarado: m\u00e1s del 0,1 %<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">Productos con aclarado: m\u00e1s del 0,2 %<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">Tambi\u00e9n existe un riesgo potencial para la salud humana derivado del uso de M-N-MA con agentes nitrosantes.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\">Por tanto, el Reglamento (CE) n\u00ba 1223\/2009 se modifica en consecuencia en el anexo III, incluyendo la siguiente entrada: Proceso de implementaci\u00f3n: \uf0a7 A partir del 21 de agosto de 2022, los productos cosm\u00e9ticos que contengan esa sustancia y no cumplan las restricciones no podr\u00e1n comercializarse en la Uni\u00f3n. \uf0a7 A partir del 21 de noviembre de 2022, los productos cosm\u00e9ticos que contengan esa sustancia y no cumplan las restricciones no estar\u00e1n disponibles en el mercado de la Uni\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/health\/system\/files\/2021-11\/sccs_o_242.pdf\">Ver m\u00e1s<\/a>.<\/p><p><span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"es\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"es\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"en\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cosmewax.camsec.es\/es\/cosmewax\/private-label-cosmetics\/seguridad-y-regulacion-del-producto\/\">Cosmewax es experto en seguridad de productos y regulaci\u00f3n de cosm\u00e9ticos<\/a>.
